Returns Policy

All new and exchanged HP parts come with a 90 day, return to base, warranty from date of invoice. This is HP’s warranty and we pass it on. Return to base means the sender pays freight to get the goods to us. Please use the contact form and describe your item and fault details and we will get back to you.
